To ensure that all guests enjoy a pleasant, safe, and relaxing stay with us, we kindly ask you to observe the following guidelines and rules.

Quiet Hours

We want all our guests to feel comfortable during their stay. Therefore, from 10:00 PM onwards, we ask for special consideration regarding noise levels throughout the entire hotel. Please avoid loud television, music, or conversations in the corridors during this time. Also, please be mindful of other guests who may still be sleeping in the early morning hours.

No Smoking Policy

Our hotel is a non-smoking establishment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms, corridors, and public areas. In case of violation, we must charge a cleaning and damage fee of €900. We thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Fire Safety & Security

Please never block emergency exits or escape routes. Pay attention to the information on your room door, where you will find details about escape routes and emergency numbers. In case of fire, please remain calm, leave the building immediately via the marked emergency exits, and inform our staff or call the fire department at 112.

Additional Information

Pets are unfortunately not allowed in our hotel.
Please treat the furnishings and equipment with care – in cases of intentional damage, we reserve the right to charge for repair costs.
Lost and found items can be handed in or inquired about at the reception.
